摘要
为了提高北方某磷矿的磷资源利用率,利用DY-P磷捕收剂对该磷矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:DY-P磷捕收剂对该磷矿具有广泛的适应性,受温度影响较小。闭路试验可获得磷精矿品位P2O5达38.12%,回收率达89.45%,杂质铁含量为1.07%,不但降低了铁的含量,而且使选矿药剂成本也大大降低。
In order to increase utilization rate of the phosphorus resources from a phosphorus ore in Northem China, an experimental study on using DY -P phosphorus reagent as a eolleetor used for separating a phosphorus ore has been carried out. The results obtained by many experiments showed that the DY - P phosphorus collector has widely adaptability, moreover,the influence of pulp temperature on flotation performance is relatively small. In the closed circuit test,a phosphorus concentrate of 38.12% P205 was obtained with a recovery of 89.45% ,the content of impurity(iron) is 1.07%. After this kind of DY -P phosphorus collector is adopted,the iron content in concentrate is significantly decreased not only ,but the cost of flotation reagents is greatly reduced.
