摘要
陕西某低品位磷矿属于超大型碱性超基性岩内生型氟磷灰岩矿床,由于品位低,方解石含量高(3%)以及透辉石-磷灰石连生体影响,导致磷精矿品位难以提高。针对选矿过程中的矿浆温度、调整剂、捕收剂等条件进行了试验,结合盐酸浸出、强磁选工艺,大幅度提高了磷精矿的品位。结果表明,在矿石磨至-0.074 mm 38%后,通过浮选-化学浸出-强磁选的联合作业,P2O5品位可以由原矿的4.63%提升到精矿的33.63%,回收率达到65.39%,并成功回收磁铁矿、稀土矿物、透辉石、黑云母等可利用矿物,实现无尾矿综合回收利用,大大提升了该低品位磷矿的资源利用价值,为该超大型低品位磷矿开发开辟了新道路。
The low grade phosphate ore in Shaanxi belongs to super alkaline ultrabasic rock endogenous fluoride phosphate rock deposit.Due to its low grade,high content of calcite(3%)and influence of diopside apatite intergrowth,it is difficult to improve the grade of phosphate concentrate.Tests on the slurry temperature,adjusting agent,collectors and other conditions in the beneficiation process,combining with hydrochloric acid leaching and high intensity magnetic separation process,greatly improved the grade of phosphate concentrate.The results showed that,in the ore grinding of-0.074 mm 38%,through the joint operation of flotationchemical leaching-high intensity magnetic separation,the grade of P2O5 was improved from 4.63% in raw ore to33.63%in concentrate,with recovery of 65.39%.And the magnetite,rare-earth minerals,diopside,biotite and other available mineral were successfully recovered, which achieved a non-tailings comprehensive recovery,enhanced the comprehensive utilization value of this low-grade phosphate ore,and provided valuable reference for the super large low grade phosphorite exploitation.
