低温胁迫下草坪草Perennial ryegras(cv,Taya)和Meadow bluegrass(cv.Compact)各抗性生理指标的变化 被引量:13

摘要 以草坪草多年生黑麦草Perennialryegrass(Taya)和草地早熟禾Meadowbluegrass(Compact)为材料,通过测定在三种低温胁迫强度和不同的胁迫时间下植物体活性氧清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性、脯氨酸含量、类胡萝卜素含量和相对电导度等抗性生理指标的变化,以确定其胁变程度,研究两种草坪草抗低温胁迫的形式、途径和大小及其抗性机制问题。结果表明:①草地早熟禾Compact抗低温胁迫的能力较多年生黑麦草的Taya强。②5℃低温胁迫下两种草坪草的SOD、CAT活性、类胡萝卜素含量均先升后降,呈现单峰型曲线变化,在三种活性氧清除剂的活性或含量上升时,脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量和相对电导度没有明显的变化,在三种活性氧清除剂活性或含量下降时,叶绿素含量下降,脯氨酸含量和相对电导度上升。而在0℃与-6℃低温胁迫下SOD、CAT活性、类胡萝卜素含量随胁迫时间的延长,迅速下降,随后叶绿素含量下降,脯氨酸含量、相对电导度上升。③从5℃到0℃到-6℃,随胁强的增大,一定胁迫时间内各抗性生理指标变化幅度,即胁变程度,随之增大。 All changes in the activator agents of SOD,CAT,the respective Proline and CAR contents as well as the leaf electrolyte leaking were measured under the condition of low temperature stress.Basing on all these inspection treatments,the corresponding changes and mechanism of temperature stresses were studied,and also the resisting intensities to those low temperature stresses were evaluated for the two grass species in trial.The result hereby showed that the ability of meadow bluegrass (cv.Compact) was superior to the perennial ryegrass (cv.Taya).Under the 5℃ low temperature stress,the activator agents of SOD and CAT as well as CAR contents were raised at first and then declined as the time of low temperature was extending not any obvious changes in the other three indices when the activator agents of SOD and CAT as well as Proline & CAR contents were checked.But if whenever the low temperature stress was continuing,the respective quantitative data of Chlorophyll and proline contents and their respective values of leaf electrolyte leakage would be increased after the activator agents of SOD and CAT as well as Proline & CAR contents were showing to have been declined.Secondly when the 0℃ and -6℃ low temperature stresses treatment time was extending,those said six indices in both two grass species would then showed roughly the same changing intensities as they were exposed to the above-mentioned low temperature stresses as long as the time having been elapsed just the time changing range was shown differently.The respective activator agents of SOD and CAT as well as Proline & CAR contents,in addition to chlorophyll variant situation under the -6℃ low temperative stress were together showing in decrease tendency more rapidly under the 0℃ low temperature stress and the value of leaf electrolyte leakage was also showing in increase more rapidly than the -6℃ temperature stress then under the 0℃ stress.Lastly,under all those three low temperature stresses,whenever those stresses were in increase,the two cultivars would be shown in increasing condition accordingly.
