柑桔体细胞杂种的抗性研究 被引量:24

摘要 以4个柑桔体细胞杂种哈姆林甜橙+飞龙炽(CitrussinensisOsb.cv.Hamlin+PoncirustrifoliataRaf.cv.FlyingDragon)、哈姆林甜橙+粗柠檬(C.sinensisOsb.cv.Hamlin+C.jamhiriL.)、伏今夏橙+宁波金柑(C.sinensis,Osb.cv.Valencia十FortunellacrassifoliaSwinglecv.Meiwa)、伏令夏橙+宜昌橙(C.sinensisOsb.cv.Valencia+C.ichangensisSwingle)及其融合亲本为试材,对其抗寒性、耐热性和抗脚腐病性能进行了研究,并从叶片膜脂脂肪酸成分分析了体细胞杂种的抗寒性和耐热性。研究结果表明,哈姆林甜橙+飞龙枳杂种表现抗脚腐病、抗寒(-14℃)、耐热(52℃)、矮化、半落叶、扦插易生根,是极有希望的新砧木类型;伏令夏橙+宜昌橙杂种表现抗寒(-12℃);哈姆林甜橙+粗柠檬杂种表现耐热(53℃)。4个体细胞杂种的抗性较之抗性弱的亲本一方都有提高。 The resistance to the cold, heat and Phytophthora of 4 Citrus somatic hybrids, Hamlin sweet orange (Citrus sinensis Osb. cv. Hamlin) +Flying Dragon trifoliate orange (Pocirus trifoliata Raf. cv. Flying Dragon),Hamlin sweet orange+Rough lemon (C. jambhiri L.), Valencia sweet orange (C. sinensis Osb. cv. Valencia) +Meiwa Kumquat (Fortunella crasslfolia Swingle cv. Meiwa) and' Valencia' sweet orange+Ichang papeda (C. ichangensis Swingle), and their fused parents were studied. The somatic hybrid Hamlin sweet orange+Flying Dragon trifoliate orange showed higher assistance to Phytophthora, coldness (-14℃) and heat (52℃), dwarfing, half-deciduous, easy rooting by stem cutting. Valencia sweet orallge+Ichang papeds showed resistance to coldness (-12℃). Hamlin sweet orange+Rough lemon showed the resistance to heat (53℃) They may be used for Citrus rootstock improvement.
