摘要
测定了NO、SA和H2O2三种信号分子对烟草氮代谢产物游离氨基酸、脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明:NO、SA和H2O2能调节烟草脯氨酸、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量。低浓度的NO和H2O2处理后12h能提高脯氨酸含量,而较高浓度的NO、SA和H2O2处理降低烟草脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量;三者对脯氨酸、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响具有相似性。
The work focused on the effects of signal molecules of nitric oxide (NO), salicylic acid (SA) and hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) on compounds of nitric metabolites of free amino acid, soluble protein and proline in tobacco. The results indicated that NO, SA and H2O2 were able to regulate the proline, free amino acid and soluble protein content in tobacco (Figs. 1-3). Lower concentration of NO and H2O2 raised the level of proline; while higher concentration of NO and H2O2 lowered the proline (Fig.2A, C), free amino acid content in tobacco (Fig.1A, C). The above three signal molecules also showed similar effects on proline, free amino acid and soluble protein content in tobacco (Figs. 1-3).
