摘要
为揭示油膜挤压效应对液体黏性调速起动过程的影响,本文采用有限元素法联立求解修正瞬态雷诺方程、能量方程、润滑油黏温方程等对调速起动过程进行数值模拟研究.结果表明由于油膜在调速起动过程中逐渐减薄,挤压效应对油膜承载力产生较大的影响,但在起动过程的不同阶段其影响不同.在起动过程开始阶段,油膜挤压效应的影响较小,随着油膜的减薄,挤压效应对油膜承载力的影响越来越显著.调速起动试验验证了这一结果的正确性.
To reveal the squeezing effect on hydro -viscous method, the modified transient Reynolds equation, energy drive speed regulating start, equation and temperature by using finite element viscosity equation were solved simultaneously to simulate transient behavior of hydro - viscous drive speed regulating start. The results showed that with the decrease of oil film thickness, squeezing effect had significant effect on load capacity of oil film during startup process, and the effect varied with oil film thickness. During the initial stage of the startup process, squeezing effect had little effect on load capacity of oil film, but the effect became more and more prominent with decreasing of oil film thickness. And it was verified by experimental results.
