摘要
为进一步研究湿式离合器的工作机理、调速控制及稳态工作控制,在总结国内外湿式离合器相关领域的研究成果的基础上,介绍了摩擦副材料、渗透、表面粗糙度、摩擦盘沟槽、热效应等对工作特性的影响;并针对调速控制、稳态工作控制、产品研发等进行了详细介绍,以此为基础提出湿式离合器未来研究和发展的趋势。
In order to fully understand the mechanism,speed control and steady state control of the wet clutch,we summarized the research results on wet clutch at home and abroad,introduced the influence of friction pair material,infiltration,surface roughness,friction plate groove,thermal effect,etc.on the performance of the wet clutch,and elaborated on the speed control,steady state control and product development of the wet clutch.Finally,the research direction and prospect of wet clutch were proposed.
