摘要
以一双面槽型硅油风扇离合器为研究对象,考虑硅油黏度随剪切半径而变化,建立了硅油离合器传递转矩和散热量的计算模型。利用建立的模型计算分析了硅油风扇离合器滑差和壳体表面温度随输入转速的变化。同时构建了硅油风扇离合器试验台,进行相应的测试。计算结果与试验数据基本一致,验证了模型的正确性。最后,利用所建模型,计算了其它6款硅油风扇离合器的滑差和壳体表面温度,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。
Taking a silicone-oil fan clutch with double grooves as the object of study, with consideration of the viscosity change with shear radius, calculation models for the slip and housing surface temperature of silicone-oil fan clutch are set up, with which the changes in clutch slip and housing surface temperature with input rotation speed are calculated. In addition, a test bench for silicone-oil fan clutch is also built to conduct corresponding measurements. The results of calculation well agree with test data, verifying the correctness of the model built. Fi-nally with the models built, the slip and housing surface temperature of six other silicone-oil fan clutches are calcu-lated and compared with test results.
