摘要
采用化学成分分析、硬度测试和金相检验等方法对45钢调质轴件的性能进行了分析。结果表明:由于锻造温度偏高,又未进行正火处理,造成了显微组织的异常,使得轴件的性能远不及正常的调质件,不能满足实际使用要求。
The properties of the quenched and high temperature tempered 45 steel axis were analyzed by means of chemical analysis, hardness testing, and metallographic examination. The results showed that the microstructure of the 45 steel axis was abnormal, because the forging temperature was relatively high and the normalizing treatment was not conducted. Therefore, the properties of the workpiece were worse and could not satisfy the operation requirement.
