摘要
某沉头铆钉在铆接过程中发生断裂。采用金相组织检查、硬度测定、化学成分分析、断口宏观和微观分析等方法对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,零件的断裂与结构不合理以及零件后续装配方式有关,脆性第二相沿晶界析出促进了裂纹扩展最终造成了断裂。
The countersunk head rivets was fractured when riveting. Metallography examination, hardness measurement, chemical composition analysis and SEM techniques were used to analyze the reason. It was shown that countersunk head rivet fracturing related with unreasonable structure design and assemble mode. Brittleness structure accelerated fracture.
