摘要
知识集成是知识管理的重要环节与研究热点。基于协同的本质和集成目标之间的关系,分析知识集成的过程,研究基于协同的知识集成机理,并用案例说明面向协同的知识集成过程和机理的应用。
Knowledge integration is an important link and research hotspot in knowledge management. Based on the relationship between the essence of collaboration and the target of integration, this paper analyzes the process of knowledge integration, studies the mechanism of collaboration-based knowledge integration, and illustrates the applications of the collaboration-based knowledge integration process and mechanism by examples.
