摘要
知识管理流程已成为知识管理研究的重要领域之一。本文从知识管理的内涵角度论述并比较了国内外知识管理者对知识管理流程的不同理解,通过词频统计出观点中流程环节的数量,总结出知识管理流程的5个主要环节;进一步比较分析了国内外学者各具特色的知识管理流程模型,并从组织环境、知识管理层次、流程构成、知识管理4个方面进行了评析。
Knowledge management process has become one of the important fields of knowledge management research. This paper, from the viewpoint of the connotation of knowledge management, describes and compares the different understandings of researchers both at home and abroad on knowledge management process, and based on the statistical analysis of the keywords in their viewpoints, concludes that knowledge management process has 5 main steps. The paper further analyzes the characteristics of the different models of knowledge management process both at home and abroad, and gives a comment on them from the following aspects, i. e. organizational environment, level of knowledge management, constitution of knowledge management process and the goal of knowledge management.
