摘要
综合运用群体网络计划、模糊理论、协商支持系统等手段构建应急协同决策方法,以某抢险救灾工作的应急投送方案决策为实例,对方法的有效性和实用性进行验证.结果表明:该方法可以针对不同应急方案之间的相关性特征对方案进行定量化协同决策支持,能够有效改善应急协同决策的效率和效果.
A emergency collaborative decision method formed by combination of group decision network planning,fuzzy theory and negotiation support system was established.And an example was given to verify the efficiency and applicability of the method.Results show that the method considers the correlation among the different emergency programs,which can provide the quantitative decision support,and promote effectively the efficiency and benefit of emergency decisions.
