摘要
基于政治学、社会学、法学等学科视角,认为应该坚持政府信息资源公共获取的目的性价值取向,确保政府信息资源公共获取的公平、规范与准确,推进服务型政府、透明型政府、责任型政府建设。
From the disciplinary perspective of political science, sociology and law science, this paper proposes that we should insist on the orientation of purpose value in public access to government information resources so as to make the open access to government information resources fair, normalized and accurate and promote the construction of service government, transparent government and responsible government.
