摘要
文章探讨了政府信息公共获取行政问责的理论研究意义,并针对当前国内外政府信息公共获取行政问责的研究现状进行分析,指出研究中的成就与不足,提出要从不同视角继续加强对政府信息公共获取行政问责理论的研究,要从制度层面研究政府信息公共获取行政问责的具体实现。
The paper discusses the theoretical significance about the administrative accountability of public access to government information, analyzes its current status and points out its achievements and defects. On this basis, the suggestion is that the research should be from different perspectives and study its specific realization from the system level.
