摘要
从对弱势群体的有关认识入手,分析了以公共图书馆为依托为弱势群体服务的必要性,提出了为弱势群体服务的几项措施。
Starting from some relative cognations of the weak groups, this paper analyzes the necessity of serving the weak groups with the help of public library, and advances several measures for serving the weak groups.
