摘要
新型透明导电氧化物薄膜Nb-TiO2因其优异的光电性能成为当今研究的热门材料。本文详细阐述了Nb-TiO2薄膜的光电性能、影响Nb-TiO2光电特性的因素与机理以及目前的研究进展、前沿动态等,着重讨论了载流子浓度及其散射过程对光学透过率和导电性能的影响。
Novel transparent conducting oxide Nb-doped TiO2 thin films are currently studied by re- searchers as hot materials due to their excellent optical and electrical properties. The optical and electrical properties and mechanism of Nb-doped TiO2 films were analyzed. Meanwhile, the effect factors on the optical and electrical characteristics, the current research developments, and the future work were summarized. Especially, the effect of carrier density and scattering process on optical transmission and conductivity was discussed.
