摘要
本文在不同条件下制备了一种液晶性天然高分子——N-邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖,定性讨论了反应条件对壳聚糖的N-邻苯二甲酰化反应的影响。研究了N一邻苯二甲酰化壳聚糖的溶解性、成膜性、结晶性,并重点研究了其液晶性,测定出室温下它在二氯乙酸和二甲亚砜溶液中的临界浓度都为24wt%,在三氟乙酸溶液中的临界浓度为14wt%。
N-phthaloylchitosan,a liquid crystalline nature macromolecule,was prepared under two different conditions. The effects of reaction condition on the reaction result were qualitatively discussed. The solubility ,filmability,crystallinity and liquid crystalline behavior were studied,in which the liquid crystalline behavior was concentrated on. The critical concentrations of N-phthaloylchitosan at room temperature were 24wt% in both dichloroacetic acid and DMSO solutions, and 14wt% in trifluo-roacetic acid solution.
