分子量对丙酰化甲壳素液晶性的影响

摘要 研究了一种新的甲壳素类高分子液晶-丙酰化甲壳素的液晶性.结果表明这种高分子在二氯乙酸溶液中的织构是带有指纹状微区的交替偏振场织构,可见存在胆甾相.在剪切时能形成典型的条带织构.分子量(从0.67×106到3.49×106)对临界浓度(均为20wt%左右)和形成条带织构的最低浓度(均为34wt%左右)的影响都不显著.这一结果与取代后分子链刚性较小有关. Liquid crystalline behavior of a novel chitin based liquid crystalline polymer propionyl chitin was studied. The texture of this polymer in DCA solution was alternatively polarized field with fingerprint domain. Typical banded texture appeared after being sheared. The influences of molecular weight (range from 0.67×10 6 to 3.49×10 6) of propionyl chitin on critical concentration to form mesophase (about 20 wt%) and the minimum concentration to form banded texture (about 34 wt%) were not evident. These results may be explained by less rigidity of the molecular chain after substitution.
