摘要
采用Visualc++编程环境和Pro/Tookit提供的函数成功开发出交互式面向装配的Pro/E标准件库。在同一安装面不同位置安装多个标准件是设计人员常用的一种装配方式,这种装配方式通过交互式操作得以实现。经用户测评,在标准件库上设计,设计时间由原来的20分钟左右缩减为现在的1分钟左右,生成零件明细表只需3秒钟左右,设计效率较之以前大大提高。
An interactive assembly-oriented standard part library has been implemented successfully by using a Visual C++ environment and Pro/Toolkit functions ,and it is supported by Pro/ENGINEER. It is a common assembly style to assemble numbers of standard parts in difference places on the same plane. This assembly mode can be realized by an interactive operation. On the standard part library,the design time can be reduced averagelyfrom 20 minutes before to 1 minute at present,and it only costs about 3 seconds to generate a schedule of parts. It is clear that design efficiency was greatly improved,which have been proved by the customer.
