摘要
以模块化设计为基础,以参数化设计、基于约束感知的模块化装配、BOM表自动生成等为关键技术,在Inventor平台上开发了产品组装生产线的参数化CAD系统。系统能根据用户设定的参数,自动生成组装线的三维模型、工程图和BOM表,显著提高了产品组装生产线的设计效率并降低了设计的成本,提高了设计文档生成的准确性。
On the platform of Inventor,a parametric CAD system for product assembly line was developed on the base of modular design.The key technologies were parametric design,automatic assembly and auto generation of BOM.3-D model,drawing and BOM table were generated automatically according to the parameters set by user.The efficiency was improved greatly,and the cost was reduced in design product assembly line.
