苯乙醇胺对肉鸭生产性能和生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用14日龄樱桃谷肉鸭120只,采用有重复对照试验比较了饲粮中添加10ppm苯乙醇胺对肉鸭生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,苯乙醇胺可提高肉鸭瘦肉率3.6%(公母平均),对母鸭的效果强于公鸭,可提高母鸭瘦肉率7.4%;可降低血清镁离子浓度18%,使碱性磷酸酶下降13%;可降低饲料消耗5.5%,对增重无显著影响。作者认为苯乙醇胺提高瘦肉率的机理,可能是通过增强肌肉兴奋性,抑制蛋白质分解,进而增加氮的组织沉积来实现的。 ds ducks were used to evalute the effect of PEA(—CH 2-CHOHNH 2)on their production performances and biochemical parameters for 28ds.Results showed that 10 ppm dietary PEA reduced serum Mg 2+ by 18%(P<0.05),AKP by 13%(P<0.05),but raised muscles composition of carcass by 3.6%.Muscles composition of carcass for different sex were affected differently by PEA.PEA can exert more powerful affection on female than on male,enhanced muscles composition of female carcass by 7.4%(P<0.05).Effective action duration on duck of PEA may be 2 weeks.PEA may improve feed efficiency,raise SGOT and SGPT.
