摘要
试验用苯乙醇胺 (Phenylethylamine ,PEA)饲喂猪 ,观察它对机体代谢的影响 .结果表明 ,PEA可以显著提高猪血清生长激素 (GH)和甲状腺素 (T4 )水平 ,及T4 /T3 比值 ,从而使血清葡萄糖 (Glc)含量明显增加 ,血清蛋白质含量趋于增高 (总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白 ) .提示 :PEA在刺激生长之时 ,有利于蛋白质在体内沉积 ;并提高基础代谢水平 ,使体脂趋于分解 .而且PEA除具有 β 激动剂 (β AA)的共性外 ,其特点比同类物质的相对分子量小 ,代谢排出快 ,无残留 。
The experiment was conducted to observe effect of phenylethylamine(PEA) on the body's metabolism by swine fed.The result showed that the level of growth hormone(GH),thyroxine( T 4 ) and ratio of T 4 / T 3 was increased significantly by it used.These induced the clear increase of glucose and protein such as total protein,albumin and globulin in serum.It also could be due to protein deposition in body,raise the level of basic metabolism and decompose the body's fat.Besides the common characteristics of β adrenergic agonist( β AA),it has other advantages such as low molecular weight,rapid extraction and nearly residue.So it has more promoting future for application.
