摘要
选取樱桃谷鸭、高邮鸭、法国番鸭3个品种鸭各60只(公母各半),在同一条件下饲养70 d,分别于7周龄和10周龄时,在每个品种中抽取20只(公母各半)进行屠宰,测定体重与相关的肉用性能指标.结果表明:1)3个品种鸭在整个饲养期生长发育差异极显著(P<0.01),其中樱桃谷鸭生长发育最优,高邮鸭生长前期生长发育优于法国番鸭,生长后期低于法国番鸭.2)7周龄和10周龄樱桃谷鸭的全净膛率、胸肌率均高于法国番鸭和高邮鸭,但全净膛率在3个品种鸭间差异不显著.樱桃谷鸭的胸肌发达,胸肌率极显著高于法国番鸭和高邮鸭(P<0.01),腿肌不发达,腿肌率极显著低于法国番鸭和高邮鸭(P<0.01).3)3个品种鸭的瘦肉率随着周龄的增加而增加,7周龄时,樱桃谷鸭瘦肉率最高(24.18%),极显著高于高邮鸭(20.83%)(P<0.01),但法国番鸭(21.49%)和高邮鸭(20.83%)之间瘦肉率差异不显著.10周龄,3个品种鸭瘦肉率依次为法国番鸭(24.94%)>樱桃谷鸭(24.83%)>高邮鸭(22.45%),高邮鸭的瘦肉率极显著低于法国番鸭和樱桃谷鸭(P<0.01).4)随着周龄的增加,樱桃谷鸭的皮脂率和腹脂率分别增加了2.33%和0.03%,高邮鸭的皮脂率增加了0.9%,腹脂率却降低了0.02%;而法国番鸭随着周龄的增加,皮脂率和腹脂率分别降低了2.39%和1.01%.
Sixty duck(cv. Cherry Valley,Gaoyou and France Muscovy, respectively; half in sex) were fed under the same raising condition for 70 days. Twenty ducks(10 in sex)was sampled at the age of 7 weeks and 10 weeks, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1)There was a significant difference(P〈0.01)in growth performance of three breeds. Among them, 'Cherry Valley' duck showed the best, and 'Gaoyou' was better(P〈0.01)than 'France Muscovy' during the early period of trial; however, 'France Muscovy' grew more rapidly than 'Gaoyou' after 4 weeks of feed. 2)Both brawn bressing percentage and chest muscle percentage of 'Cherry Valley' were higher than those of other breeds at the age of 7 weeks and 10 weeks; however, the difference of brawn bressing percentage was not significant among the three breeds. Chest muscle percentage of ' Cherry Valley' was higher (P〈0.01) than that of ' Gaoyou' and 'France Muscovy', while leg muscle percentage was lower (P〈0.01)than that of the two breeds. 3)Lean percentage of each breed increased as age increased,which of 'Cherry Valley' was the highest (24. 18%) and it was was significantly higher (P〈0.01) than that of 'Gaoyou' at the age of 7 weeks. No significant difference was found (P〉0.05) between 'Gaoyou' (20.83%) and 'France Muscovy' (21.49 %). Lean percentage of 'France Muscovy' (24.94 %) was the highest at the age of 10 weeks,and then was 'Cherry Valley' (24.83%) and 'Gaoyou'. ( 22.45 %). 'Gaoyou' had significantly lower lean percentage(P〈0. 01) than ' Cherry Valley' and ' France Muscovy'. 4) As age increased, subcutaneous fat percentage and belly fat percentage of 'Cherry Valley' increased by 2.33% and 0.03 % respectively. Subcutaneous fat percentage of 'Gaoyou' increased by percentage and belly fat percentag 0.9% while belly fat percentage decreased by 0.02%. Subcutaneous fat e of 'France Muscovy' decreased by 2.39 % and 1.01%.
