摘要
从OA期刊产生的社会效益和经济效益分析,得出OA期刊有助于加速学术的传播和知识的传递,对OA期刊提出的作者付费模式进行辨析,提出OA期刊的可持续发展策略。
In response to the problems existing in the facilitation of OA journals,an analysis is made of the social and economic benefits produced by OA journals.It was concluded that OA journals helped to accelerate the academic dissemination and knowledge imparting.An anatomy is made of the author paying mode in terms of OA journals.The sustainable development strategies are put forward of OA journals.
