摘要
分析建设独立网站的可行性,阐述这种网站的特色。探讨网站作为辅助平台的作用,如在线投稿和在线订阅大幅度地提高了工作效率。
The feasibility of construction of independent website is analyzed, and characteristics of the website are expounded. The functions of the website as auxiliary platform are discussed, for example, on-line submission and on-line subscription have improved working efficiency greatly.
