摘要
为提高以ZrO2为主要成分的陶瓷水口新材料的力学性能,延长水口的使用寿命,用电子显微分析方法研究了材料的显微结构特征,提出材料的显微结构对力学性能的影响因素。认为晶粒大小是影响材料力学强度的主要因素,层错、位错缺陷的存在,可以提高材料的断裂韧性。并探讨了稳定剂对材料烧结温度的影响。
In order to improve mechanical properties of pottery and to extend the service life of waterway material of ZrO 2,the microstructure of this new material is studied by electronic microscopy analysis,and the effects of microstructure on the mechanical properties are discussed.Results show that the size of crystalline grain is the main factor which effects the material mechanical strength of,and can improve the fracture toughness.The effect of steady agent on the sintering of material is also explained.
