摘要
铝阳极氧化着色膜随电解着色时间不同而呈现黄色膜和黑色膜。用电子显微分析法和光电子能谱法术检测氧化膜中不同深处的成份。
The color of the aluminum-anodic-oxidized membrane will be yellow or black due to different electrolytic tinction time. The compositions of the oxidized membrane at different depths are examined by electronic microscopic analyses and optoelectronic energy spectra.
