摘要
用电子显微分析方法研究了氧化锆陶瓷水中材料的微观结构特征,分析了材料的微观结构对力学性能的影响因素。结果证明,晶粒大小是影响材料力学强度的主要因素,结构缺陷的存在可以提高材料的断裂韧性。
The microstructure of ceramics waterway material is studied by electronic microscopy, and the effect of the microstructure of the material on the mechanical properties is analysed.It is proved that the size of crystallin grain is the main factor having effect on the mechanical intensity of material,and the existence of microstructure defect can improve the tenacity of material.
