摘要
目的:研究甲醇对果蝇寿命的影响.方法:将雌雄果蝇随机分为四组,分别用含甲醇为0%、0.1%、0.4%和1.6%的培养基进行喂养,每日观察并记录各组果蝇死亡数.三天更换一次培养基.结果:随着甲醇浓度的提高,雌雄果蝇的最高寿命、平均寿命和半数致死时间都缩短.结论:甲醇的毒性作用使雌雄果蝇的寿命显著降低.
Objective： To study the effects of methyl alcohol on the lifespan of drosophila melanogaster. Methods：Drosophila melanogaster were divided randomly into four groups and were continuously fed with medium containing 0 %, 0.1%, 0.4 % and 1.6 % methyl alcohol respectively during entire trial period. The surviving numbers of drosophila melanogaster were observed and recorded daily. Results： Results： The results show that the methyl alcohol can obviously shorten maximum lifespan, mean lifespan, and 50 percent individuals lethal date of drosophila melanogaster.
