摘要
本文选用国产活性炭为吸附剂、甲醇为吸附质,研究了吸附式制冷间歇循环的效率COP的变化规律。解吸温度、吸附温度、冷凝压力和蒸发温度等都对循环效率有不同程度的影响。解吸温度373K左右时,循环效率最高。随着吸附温度的升高,循环效率下降;随着冷凝压力的升高,循环效率也是下降的。当蒸发温度升高时,循环效率升高得较快。
The coefficient of performance (COP) of a batch adsorption cooling cycle using activated-carbon-methanol pair was studied experimentally and theoretically. The erperimental results were successfully explained by the theory. It was found that the COP increases with increasing of evaporation and desorption temperature and decreases with increasing of condensation or adsorption temperature. COP reaches a maximum when the desorption temperature was about 273K.
