番茄红素对DBP所致果蝇生殖毒性的拮抗作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究番茄红素对邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(di-n-butyl phthalate,DBP)所致果蝇生殖毒性的拮抗作用。方法将果蝇随机分为5组,分别给予溶剂对照培养基和含1.0%DBP及不同浓度番茄红素的培养基喂饲,雌雄配对产子,每日观察并记录子代孵化数和死亡数。结果与对照组相比,DBP组果蝇的生育率和平均生育数降低,生育期缩短,子代死亡率升高(P<0.05);随着番茄红素浓度的增加,染毒果蝇的生育率、生育期和平均生育数逐渐提高,子代死亡率逐渐降低。结论DBP可对果蝇产生生殖毒性,而番茄红素对这种影响有拮抗作用。 Objective To study the antagonism of lycopene on procreation toxicity in Drosophila melanogaster treated with di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP). Methods Drosophila melanogasters were randomly divided into five groups and were continuously fed with medium containing 0,1.0 % DBP each and different concentration of lycopene respectively during entire trial period, The eclosion numbers and the death numbers of filial generation flies were observed and recorded daily. Results The reproductive ratio and the average reproduction of drosophilae in DBP group were lower than that in control group, the average procreation days in DBP groups were gradually shortened. The mortality of infant drosophila in DBP group was distinctly increased as compared with control group(P 〈 0.05). With the rising of lycopene concentration, the reproductive ratio, the average procreation days and the average reproduction of flies treated with DBP were gradually increased, the mortality of infant drosophila were gradually reduced. Conclusion The data suggest that DBP has procreation toxicity in Drosophila melanogaster, and lycopene can antagonize the toxicity of DBP.
