摘要
对30只文昌鸡成年公鸡血清雄激素含量与精液质量进行研究,结果显示,血清雄激素含量高的组其采精量显著高于血清雄激素含量低的组(P<0.05);血清雄激素含量低的组其精子密度显著高于血清雄激素含量高的组(P<0.05);采精量与精子密度之间无显著相关。
In this study, the contain of androgen and the quality of sperm in thirty mature Wenchang roosters were studied, the results were as followed, the quantity of sperm in the group of higher androgen was higher （P〈0.05） ; the density of sperm in the group of lower androgen was higher （P〈0.05） ; the correlation between the quantity of sperm and the density of sperm was no significant.
