摘要
对3组共36只麻羽柴鸡种公鸡,分别用雄激素抗原按照0.1,0.2和0mL的剂量接种,研究雄激素免疫对成年公鸡性机能的影响。结果表明,接受免疫处理10d后的公鸡采精量、精子密度和血液中雄激素的含量均明显高于对照组;接种0.1mL抗原的试验组平均精子密度和血液中雄激素含量均比接种0.2mL抗原的试验组高,而采精量则低于后者。
Thirty-six native,yellow-feathered,black-dotted rooster breeders were allotted to one of three treatments,and inoculated with an androgenic antigen at 0.1,0.2 and 0 mL,respectively.Ten days after androgenic inoculation,treated roosters (P<0.05) showed more collected sperm,higher sperm concentrations and blood androgen compared with controls.The roosters inoculated with 0.1 mL antigen had higher sperm concentration and blood androgen averages but lower collected sperm than those inoculated with 0.2 mL antigen.
