摘要
采用微量微生物法对依替米星兔体肌内注射药代动力学进行了研究,检测菌为短小芽胞杆菌。结果:兔体肌内注射依替米星16mg/kg后,①药时曲线符合一房室开放模型;②达峰时间为(063±018)h,峰浓度为(2420±464)mg/L,药时曲线下面积为(7684±1560)mg·h·L-1,消除半衰期为(190±044)h。
This paper reported the pharmacokinetics of etimicin in 6 Japanese white rabbits.The concentrations of etimicin in serum were measured with the improved microbiologic method.The used microorganism was Bacillus Pumillus.The data of serum level time were processed with 3P87 program and IBM microcomputer.The results revealed that:① the serum drug level time conformed to one compartment open model with first order absorption;② the parameters,such as t max , c max , AUC and t 1/2β ,were (0.63±0.19) h; (24.20±4.64) mg/L;(76.84±15.60) mg·h·L -1 ;(1.90±0.44) h,respectively,which provides a therotical basis for clinical trials.
