摘要
目的了解硫酸依替米星注射剂不良反应和安全性。方法对2003年11月-2004年5月我院硫酸依替米星注射剂的住院患者用药出现的不良反应及联合用药情况进行调查分析。结果总不良反应发生率为5．03％（142／2822），其中听力平衡异常发生率为0．567％（16／2822）；肝功能异常发生率为0．14％（4／2822）；肾功能异常发生率为0．425％（12／2822）。结论硫酸依替米星是氨基糖苷类抗生素中安全性较高的药物。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions and evaluate the safety of etimicin sulftate injection. Method The adverse drug reactions of etimicin injection used in West China Hospital from November 2003 to May 2004 were investigated and analysed. Results The adverse reaction rate was 5.03%, Hypoacusis occurred in 16 patients （0, 567%;hepatic function disorder occured in 4 patients （0.14%）; renal function disorder occurred in 12 patients （0. 425 %）; exanthem occurred in 6 patients （0, 216 %）. Conclusion Etimicin sulfate injection is a safe aminoglycoside antibiotic.
