摘要
随着增龄,DNA的修复能力逐渐减弱。本文利用非程序DNA合成法(Unschedulcd DNA Synthesis,UDS),以紫外线为损伤剂,诱发同位素~3H-TdR摻人,测定19名老年人(60～80岁)口服枸杞子前后外周淋巴细胞的DNA修复能力。结果表明,口服枸杞后能明显增强人体DNA修复合成能力(P<0.01),且服药后女性DNA修复能力增高的幅度大于男性。
The paper presents the velocities of Ultraviolet-induced 3~H-TdR Unscheduled incorporation in the Lymphocytes from 19aged persons (60—80) befer and after taking Fructus Lyeii. The result showed that DNA excision repair capacity was significantly increased and women's eapacitis was much higher than Fructus Lyeii appeared to be of the potential as a Anti-senility drug in the Aged.
