摘要
目的观察双籽耳压治疗心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症的疗效。方法将94例心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症患者随机分为双籽耳压组38例,单籽耳压组34例和空白对照组22例。分别采用双籽耳压与单籽耳压治疗,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果双籽耳压组PSQI下降幅度均大于空白对照组和单籽耳压组(P<0.01,P<0.05);单籽耳压组PSQI下降幅度大于空白对照组(P<0.05)。双籽耳压组总有效率为100%,与空白对照组和单籽耳压组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);单籽耳压组总有效率为47.1%,与空白对照组比较也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双籽耳压治疗心肾不交型顽固性不寐重症疗效满意,优于单籽耳压治疗。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of auricular point double-seed plaster therapy in treating refractory severe insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type. Methods Ninety-four patients with refractory insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type were randomly allocated to an auricular point double-seed plaster therapy group of 38 cases, an auricular point single-seed plaster therapy group of 34 cases and a blank control group of 22 cases. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one course of treatment. Results PSQI decreasing range was larger in the auricular point double-seed plaster therapy group than in the auricular point single-seed plaster therapy group and in the blank control group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. PSQI decreasing range was larger in the auricular point single-seed plaster therapy group than in the blank control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy rate was 100% in the auricular point double-seed plaster therapy group; there was a statistically significant difference compared with the auricular point single-seed plaster therapy group and with the blank control group （P〈0.01）. The total efficacy rate was 47.1% in the auricular point single-seed plaster therapy group; there was also a statistically significant difference compared with the blank control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point double-seed plaster therapy produces a satisfactory effect on refractory severe insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type and is superior to auricular point single-seed plaster therapy.
