摘要
运用教育经济学的理论引领高等院校的改革会更加促进高等教育的发展。高等院校运用教育经济学理论改革的模式是采取经营的方式:构建现代管理模式、资源合理配置模式、人力资本培育模式、成本有效分析与管理模式。运用这一改革模式可使高等院校实现"育人和经济、社会效益"最大化的双重目的。
Chinese university is to be developed with the system reform under the direction of the education economics. The following modes of management are used to the reform of university including the mode of modern management structure; mode of rational arrangement of resources; training modes of human capital and mode of analysis and management of cost. The application of above modes will maximize the duel objectives of training people and social effect.
