摘要
工作时间是衡量一个劳动者劳动适度与否的重要维度。本文描述了高校教师过度劳动的现状及其人力资本的特点,结合经济学的理论基础和分析模型,通过"委托代理—效率工资—收入替代效应与工作时间"、"固定时间成本—保留工资与工作时间"、"风险偏好与工作时间"、"准固定成本与工作时间"四个模型分析了高校教师工作时间延长导致过度劳动的原因。
Working time is an important mark which scales whether the labor overworked or not. In this paper, first of all, we described the current situation of college teachers' working time, found that college teachers' generally working time slightly tend to be long; Then sums up the characteristics of university teachers' group human capital. Based on these characteristics, combined with the basic theory of economics and the analysis model, through the "entrusted agency--the efficiency wage--income substitution effect and working time", "the cost of the fixed time-- reservation wages and working time", "risk appetite and working time", "quasi-fixed cost and working time," the four models to analyze the causes of college teachers' working time extended.
