摘要
目的:研究大孔树脂分离和纯化巴西甘薯叶中的总酚酸的工艺条件。方法:以总酚酸的吸附量和解吸率为考察指标,对8种不同类型的树脂进行评价。结果:HPD-600的动态吸附分离效果最好。通过大孔树脂分离纯化后,终产品中总酚酸的纯度为83.9%,保留率达到80.1%。结论:本法简单、可行,适合工业生产。
OBJECtIVE To explore the optimal separation of the by selecting appropriate macroporous adsorption resins. METHODS phenolic acids from leaves of Ipomoea batatas (L.)Lam. Eight types of macroporous adsorption resins were evalua ted for separating efficiency by measuring the adsorption ratio, eluting ratio of phenolic acids. RESULTS The HPD-600 macroporous adsorption resin had the best separating efficiency. After enrichment and purification with it, the product purity and yield of phenolic acids were up to 83.9% and 80. 1%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, feasible and fit for industrial production.
