摘要
贝诺酯是效果较好的非甾体类解热镇痛药,也是阿司匹林与扑热息痛成酯结构修饰的产物。本文综述了贝诺酯的合成工艺线路,并对各种方法进行了比较分析。
Benorilate is a good non - steroidal antipyretic analgesics , product of structurally modified ester of aspirin and N - acetyl - p - aminophenol. In this paper , methods of synthesis of benorilate were reviewed.
