摘要
目的分析2008年军校招生心理检测情况,以探讨我国军校报考生的心理健康状况,为军队院校在今后的招生工作提供借鉴。方法使用2008年军队院校招收学员心理检测系统对340名高中毕业生进行检测。结果332名高中毕业生通过心理检测,合格率为97.6%。结论心理检测对挑选身心健康的高素质人才应征入伍起到积极的作用,对提高学员素质,增强部队战斗力,具有非常重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the psychological test of 340 cases of applicants for military colleges in 2008,and provide basic theory for the military colleges＇ recruitment henceforth. Methods A total of 340 young people were administed by the psychological test system of applicants for military colleges in 2008.Results Totally,332（97.6%）candidates of applicants passed the psychological test.Conclusion Psychological test has done good to choosing the young people who were health in body and mental to join the military.It is significant to enhance applicants＇ faculty and strengthen national defence.
