摘要
本文从经济与金融环境、预期、投机以及从众行为等多个视角对房地产泡沫的形成原因进行了解释,在此分析思路上提出了防范房地产泡沫的措施建议。
The paper analyses the causes of real estate bubble formation in the views of the economic and financial environment, expectations, speculation and herd behavior. We put forward some measures to guard against the real estate bubble.
