近几年来房地产市场发展很快,也存在着一定的风险。房地产开发商应当对这些风险进行全面评价和分析,科学管理房地产项目,从而实现企业利润最大化,实现可持续发展。
In the recent year the real estate market is developing quickly and has some risks. The real estate development enterprises should value and analysis the risks wholly and manage the projects scientifically in order to make maximum profit and keep the projects developing continuously.
