摘要
目的研究各类结核病患者的细胞免疫功能表达。方法用生物素—链霉亲和素方法检测96例肺结核、结核性胸膜炎、肾结核患者T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、mIL-2R(膜白细胞介素-2受体)水平;另选取26例正常人群为对照组。结果结核病患者与正常人相比,CD8+明显升高,而CD3+、CD4+/CD8+及mIL-2R均显著降低(P<0.01),其中肺结核患者最为明显,有空洞者较无空洞者更明显(P<0.01)。无空洞型肺结核与结核性胸膜炎、肾结核的T细胞亚群、mIL-2R表达水平相似,相互间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论结核病患者体内存在明显细胞免疫功能低下,病变部位、程度及预后与CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、mIL-2R水平有一定关系。
Objective To study the expression of cellular immunity function in patients with tuberculosis. Methods The expression of T lymphocyte subpopulation CD3+,CD4+,CD8+, and membrance interleukin2 receptor(mIL2R) were detected by biotinsstreptavidin system in 96 patients with pulmonary, exudative, and kidney tuberculosis. Results The level of CD8+ was higher, and the expression of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, mIL2R rate were lower in tuberculosis than those in normal controls (P<001). The change of indication in pulmonary tuberculosis was the most obvious among them (P<001). The change of exudative kidney tuberculosis was similar, and there was no significant differcene (P>005). The change of patients with cavitation was more obvious than those without it. (P<001) Conclusion The function of cellular immunity was far lower obviously in tuberculosis than in normal controls. The situation, degree and prognosis of tuberculosis were related to the level of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and expression of mIL2R.
