摘要
〔目的〕由逻辑质方法探讨隐孢子虫病患者的免疫细胞膜白介素 -2受体 (mIL -2R)表达功能的特征。〔方法〕采用生物素 -链霉亲和素 (Biotin -Streptavidin ,BSA)法对卵囊阳性患者分别进行外周血T细胞亚群、膜白介素 -2受体 (mIL -2R)检测 ;进行逻辑质指标分析。〔结果〕在静息期和诱导期 ,隐孢子虫卵囊阳性者的免疫细胞膜白介素 -2受体表达水平与卵囊阴性者mIL -2R相比 ,在逻辑上存在显著差异 (t≤ 0 93 0 7,P >0 0 5 ;t≥ 4 63 88,P <0 0 5 )。〔结论〕隐孢子虫感染者免疫细胞的mIL -2R表达水平降低。
〔Objective〕 To investigate the changes of expression of immune cell mIL-2R in patients infected by cryptosporidium parvum using the method of logic qualitative determination.〔Methods〕 BSA-ELISA was used to detect T subsets and membrane mIL-2R in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of the patients.Meanwhile,the index analysis of logic qualitative research was performed.〔Results〕 The cell positive rate of immune cell mIL-2R expression in the patients was significantly different from that in healthy individuals in the cellular immune rest period and inducing period.〔Conclusions〕 The expression level of immune cell mIL-2R is decreased in the patients infected by cryptosporidium parvum.
