摘要
目的：在正常家兔离体小肠上观察枸杞多糖对小肠收缩幅度的影响。方法：选用１５只家兔作为实验组观察枸杞多糖对其小肠的作用。结果：应用枸杞多糖的小肠收缩幅度增高与未应用前比较有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０００１）。对照组无差异。
Objective: To investigate the effect of LBP on the contraction of small intestine of normal rabbit. Methods: 15 rabbits were chosen as experimental animal to observe the effect of LBP contraction amplitude of small intestine. Results: There was a statistically significant difference between the contraction amplitude prior to and after applying LBP on small intestine. Conclusion: LBP plays a direct action on isolated small intestine in rabbit.
