摘要
本试验主要研究了中草药提取物对离体鸡小肠磷吸收和肠粘膜细胞活性的影响,旨在为中草药的合理选用提供参考。采用单因子完全随机设计,36只40日龄体重相近的三黄公鸡随机分成6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只鸡,每只鸡的十二指肠、空肠和回肠分别作为相应外翻肠囊的一个重复,测试了白头翁、马齿苋、大青叶和秦皮四味中草药的单一提取物及其组合方剂对磷吸收和肠粘膜细胞活性的影响。本试验结果表明:大青叶和秦皮对磷的吸收和肠粘膜细胞活性有负作用,白头翁、马齿苋和混合方剂对磷的吸收和肠粘膜细胞活性有正面效应。试验结论:不同中草药提取物对鸡离体小肠肠粘膜细胞活性和磷吸收有不同的影响,但具体原因还有待进一步研究。
The aim of this experiment was to give reference for reasonable selection of Chinese herb by exploring the effects of Chinese herb extracts on phosphorus uptake and cytoactive with small intestine of chicken in vitro. Single factor design was used for the trial, and thirty-six male broilers at 40-day were randomly assigned to six treatments. Each treatment was assigned six replicates. The duodenum ,jejunum, and ileum of each bird were used as one replicate of the everted sacs of corresponding intestinal segments for testing the influence of PulsatiUa chinensis, purslane, dyers woad leaf, ash bark and its prescription on phosphorus uptake and cytoactive of small intestine. The results showed that ： dyers woad leaf and ash bark have negative effect on phosphorus uptake and cytoactive, but Pulsatilla chinensis, purslane and its prescription were opposite. Therefor, different chinese herb extracts have different effects on uptake and cytoactive of small intestine. However, the concrete reason needs further study.
