摘要
目的 :观察纯中药复方脂糖舒对小肠运动的影响。方法 :大鼠随机分组 ,采用离体肠道平滑肌实验装置 ,应用三种不同浓度脂糖舒 ( 0 .2 0 %、0 .60 %、1 .2 0 % ) ,观察其对离体十二指肠和回肠自发运动的作用及高浓度脂糖舒 ( 1 .2 0 % )对乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、肾上腺素的拮抗作用。结果 :各浓度脂糖舒对十二指肠自发运动均有抑制作用 ,且随剂量增大而增强 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 ) ;高浓度脂糖舒对乙酰胆碱、氯化钡、肾上腺素有拮抗作用 ,对乙酰胆碱的拮抗作用最明显 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :脂糖舒能明显拮抗离体十二指肠平滑肌自发性收缩及由乙酰胆碱、氯化钡和肾上腺素所致离体回肠的收缩 。
Objective To study the effects of natural herbs compound Zhi Tang Shu(ZTS) on the movement of isolated intestine from rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into different groups to observe the effects of ZTS with three different concentration(0.20%,0.6%,1.20%) on isolated duodenum,and the antagonistic effects of ZTS with highest concentration (1.20%)to Ach,BaCl 2 and Adr.Results It was found that ZTS could inhibit spontaneous movement of duodenum,and this effect was more obvious with the increasing ZTS’s concentration(P<0.05or P<0.01),and ZTS could antagonist the effect of Ach,BaCl 2 and Adr,especially of Ach (P<0.01).Conclusion ZTS can inhibit the spontaneous movement of isolated duodenum,and inhibit the intestine’s movement caused by Ach,BaCl 2 and Adr.These phenomena mean that ZTS has diphasic regulative effect.
